Copeland Is Your Partner for a Greener Supply Chain
Throughout the perishable food supply chain, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives are driving companies to implement more sustainable practices in all aspects of their operations. Often, this means uncovering issues with existing processes and selecting preferred business partners that help to support a greener supply chain. Copeland is committed to being such a partner.

GO Means Green
For customers and receivers using our GO trackers and loggers to monitor the quality and safety of perishables in-transit, we offer a full-service, easy-to-use and free product recycling program called GO GreenSense. Although efforts to improve sustainability are now considered standard business practices for many companies, our GO GreenSense recycling program has been operational for over a decade, handling millions of devices.
Getting Ahead of the Challenges
Since most GO real-time loggers and trackers are intended for one-time use, the GO GreenSense program was designed to recover reusable materials such as plastic housings and electronic components.
It’s a simple, effortless process. But small actions create big impact. Every tracker and logger you return reduces waste, cuts emissions, and supports a sustainable supply chain.
That’s why your participation in the GO GreenSense program matters so much. Together, we’re taking steps to create a sustainable supply chain — helping to protect our planet now and for future generations. Here’s how:
- Lower carbon emissions associated with new device production.
- Reduce plastic waste sent to landfills.
- Prevent improper e-waste disposal.
And with your help, we hope to exceed the number of GO trackers and loggers recycled next year.
